To prevent damage to your pool cleaner, and to
expedite your repair, consider
the Pool Cleaner Shipping Box Set below.
It is a convenient, no-hassle way to ship your
pool cleaner. This set includes all the
materials needed to safely ship your pool
cleaner to us. This set also includes the call
tag so that your box can be shipped out.
This is a double
walled corrugated cardboard box with inserts
that are specifically designed for packing and
shipping automatic pool cleaners.

Instructions and Procedure:
1.) You will
receive a flat Shipping Box Set which is
packed with the above contents.
2.) Slice
open the tape that is sealing the box closed.
Remove contents.
3.) Open main box to shape. Cut two 23" lengths of
tape. Moisten the shiny side of the tape with a
damp sponge to activate the adhesive. Use both of
these strips to seal the middle part of the bottom.
Cut two 22" lengths of
tape to seal the edges of the
bottom.
 
4.) Sit box upright. Place power supply in the
center of the bottom with the cable surrounding it.
If you have packing peanuts, or some other type of
packing material, pour it into the box now.
 
5.) Fold the bottom insert to shape and place on top of
power supply
and cable.
 
6.) Place your pool cleaner inside the box, and
fold the tabs in as shown
in the picture.
7.) Fold the top insert to shape, use some tape to keep
it folded. Place the insert in the box on top of
your pool cleaner, make sure the outlet top fits
securely through the pre-cut hole.
 
8.) Fold closed ends of the main box and tape again
following the same procedure for the bottom of the box.
9.) Adhere the packing slip pouch to the top of the box.
Insert the already
filled out
customer
equipment repair check-in form
and
policy letter into
the pouch and seal.
10.) Adhere the call tag to the top of the box.
Once we receive your pool cleaner, we will test it out,
diagnose it and
write up an estimate. We will then call you
and discuss the estimate. You are responsible for
the return shipping of your repaired or un-repaired
cleaner.
If you do not want
the cleaner repaired
and do not want it back,
we can talk about purchasing a
new pool
cleaner. If you
want your pool cleaner back,
unrepaired, than you
will have to pay a bench fee plus return
shipping.
